　　Since August 9, 2019, the No.9 strong typhoon "lichma" has ravaged the earth, causing torrential rain and torrential rain in the whole city, causing mountain torrents, landslides, debris flows, etc., resulting in the destruction of large areas of farmland and roads, and the collapse of houses; some villages and towns were seriously affected, with the interruption of communication, transportation and water and electricity, and people were trapped. According to incomplete statistics, as of 22:00 on August 11, nearly 100000 people were affected, 5 died and 4 lost contact, 384km of roads were damaged, 270 geological disasters occurred, 144 were damaged, 4140 hectares of crops were damaged, 1154 houses collapsed, and direct economic losses exceeded 870 million yuan. The task of post disaster recovery and reconstruction of homes is very arduous.

　　On August 13, the company's Party branch and labor union jointly donated rice, rapeseed oil, instant noodles, mineral water and other relief materials to Shikou village and Xiaxi town of Jialu town to support the production and self rescue of the disaster area.
